Meditation is not a destination — it is a living journey.
Our meditation program unfolds in a continuous 18-week loop, with a new theme and meditation technique each week. The journey is divided into 6-week sessions, allowing you to join for 6, 12, or all 18 weeks.
Each class stands on its own, yet together they create a steady rhythm of awareness, presence, and inner stillness. You may join at any time and grow naturally into the practice.
This is not a course to complete.
It is a practice to live by.
